Available in this big and neat apartment there is 1 room available for 1 person.There are 3 ladies and one guy living who are all doing their studies, internship or working and are in the age of 20-27 and are looking for a nice 5th person preferably in the same situation.

It is possible to register/sign in at the city hall. The apartment is 95m2 and is situated in a neat apartmentcomplex. Because of the Coronavirus before viewing the room in person I will sent you a video of the room and of the living with kitchen and other shared facilities and if you are interested after seeing it you are welcome to view it in person. The room is fully furnished with a 2 persons boxspringbed, bedsheets, towels, closed, desk and deskchair. The room has a neat wooden floor, the walls are recently painted and there is a big window so lots of light. Offcourse the room has there own individual heating that you can turn on and off. The living kitchen of 14m2 is also fully furnished with a new diningtable, chairs, and for the kitchen everything is there like pots and pans, cutlery.
You can just move in because really everything is there.

The balconey is 9m2 and is on the south side so always sunny when it shines. You share the facilities with 4 others.
There is a washing machine and a drying machine.

The kitchen is fully equipped with among other things a dishwasher and a microwave-oven-grill combination.
There is a storage for your bike. The location is central in Osdorp and only a few minutes walk from the Osdorp shopping centre. Tram 1 and 17 to the city center are around the corner and will bring you in around 20minutes to the center.

The price is 750 inclusive everything. This includes g/w/e, wifi, government tax, the full furnishing and the cleaning of the common areas every once in 2 weeks. You get a neat rent contract.. Registration/sign in is possible with the city hall. You can park for free in front of the apartmentcomplex.
