The room is 17 m2 and is long (2,20 x 7,60 meters).
The room has a view over the garden. This garden is only shared with me and my daughter of 16 years old.
We live here with our cat sophie. So you should not be allergic to cats.
As your room is long and actually exists of 2 parts you can make of one room your bedroom and the other your living room.
The bathroom is shared with me and my daughter and sometimes guests staying with us.
You can use the kitchen till 21:00 in the evening.
Your bedroom has a small fridge; microwave; waterboiler; plates and cutlery. From your bed you have a nice view over the garden and towards the sky as there is ceiling window.
We are looking for a descent and quiet working lady to stay with us.
At the moment there is a dryer and an extra cupboard in the your room that we will put somewhere else so you have more space but still closed room.
The room is completely furnished. But there is plenty of room to put an extra sofa in your room.
